Become a fundraising SUPERHERO for local families battling childhood cancer. Help raise awareness and funds for Candlelighters to honor regular kids fighting extraordinary battles.

Ask your friends and family to join you in supporting families during times of immense financial and emotional upheaval as they fight the life-long journey of childhood cancer.  

Candlelighters helps over 2,000 family members in Oregon and SW Washington annually from diagnosis, through treatment into survivorship or bereavement providing hope and healing throughout the journey. 

  • $56,955 distributed in emergency financial assistance in 2016
  • Over 40 meals served in Doernbecher and Randall Children’s Hospitals annually
  • 5,000+ snacks distributed on the Candlelighters Snack Cart, rolling through Doernbecher Children’s Hospital pediatric oncology floor every Friday
  • 250+ family members attend Candlelighters Family Camp, three days of activities, bonding, and healing for the ENTIRE family
